I build applications that integrate computer vision into industrial robot arms and mobile robots. As OrderPort's Point of Sale Product Manager, I:-oversaw development of OrderPort's mobile Point of Sale app-gathered system requirements based on industry needs-organized beta testing user groups to ensure high quality software releases-led weekly client webinars to provide training, demonstrate new features and get customer feedback on our products

I assisted new clients through the OrderPort on-boarding process. I worked directly with clients to configure their software, purchase hardware and migrate data from their previous point of sale, eCommerce and inventory systems.

• Led development team for Accruent’s next generation project management tool• Ran an early adopter program for major retailers in the U.S. and abroad• Conducted weekly client webinars to receive feedback on current development and gather requirements for our roadmap initiatives• Owned the prioritization of the development team’s backlog• Wrote user stories and acceptance criteria for all features produced by the team• Created high-fidelity mock-ups that were used by the development team to create new modules• Wrote client-facing release notes for each monthly release• Led development teams for two of Accruent’s legacy products with a customer base of over 120 medium to large-size retailers• Coordinated monthly release cycles for both product teams• Presented product roadmap to executive team

• Lived and worked on-site with Accruent’s highest revenue retail client in order to improve customer satisfaction and ensure renewal. After my time on-site, the client signed a 3 year renewal contract.

• Provided technical support for Accruent’s most profitable project management tool• Ran SQL queries to troubleshoot client data issues• Communicated with clients in U.S., Canada, China and Mexico to troubleshoot and resolve software issues• Wrote client-facing help documentation in English and Chinese• Recorded client-facing help videos

• Fulfilled high volume of web orders to meet daily deadlines• Used Nordstrom’s cloud-based system to manage inventory
