With a decades worth of experience working within academic institutions, I currently work as the Junior Lecturer for BTEC Level 3 Creative Media Practice, as well as teaching Stop Motion Animation for the Level 2 & 3 Fine Art Courses at Isle of Wight College. In addition, I am Senior Technician, where I liaise with a cross-functional team of full-time, passionate teaching staff, working in collaboration to not only build students creative portfolio work, but also mental and emotional wellness and resiliency.I also work as a freelance creative practitioner, and lead a community project for Ventnor Exchange dedicated to getting young people into Spoken Word, and collaboratively explore its use for building self-esteem and soft skills. Outside of work, I'm a tea-drinking, Happily Married Dad of a very enthusiastic toddler. I love arts & culture, and getting back to nature. I also like networking.
