Tim has developed and improved brands around the world by focusing on the experience customers have with the brand. Whether the customer visits a store, buys a product, watches a TV commercial, receives a bill in the mail, visits a web site, has a repair technician visit their home, etc...all of those contact points make up the total picture of the brand. He has led marketing and strategy efforts in the US, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. 8 years of international marketing and general management experience while living in Europe (Munich, Germany and Zagreb, Croatia). Tim is currently the CMO and co-owner for BCR Developments LLC; the growth and profitability for the start-up has demonstrated his digital marketing and strategy acumen. He was the first-ever CMO for the University of Michigan's Stephen Ross School of Business. Prior to that, as the leader of the marketing effort for Aircell LLC, he led the development of Gogo, the wi-fi on a plane brand. The brand grew so strong, it replaced Aircell as the company name. Prior to Aircell, Tim held positions with Telegate, Deutsche Telekom, Motorola, Ameritech (prior to SBC/AT&T acquisition), and Kraft. He also has significant consulting experience, both through his consulting practice as well as years with Bain and Company.Tim has worked with large, global companies as well as small start ups, with budgets large and small. His marketing expertise includes mass media advertising, loyalty and retention, direct marketing (e.g. email), and digital marketing, including both web site/portal development as well as various social media efforts/campaigns. He has led organizations of over 1,000 people and teams as small as five people. He is a speaker on brand management, international business, digital marketing, and the integration of public relations into the overall marketing mix.
