Successfully underwrote more than 230 Ban’s and Bond Issues as Lead Underwriter.Lead Manager in 2015 on $110 million State of Ohio Mental Health issue, successfully placing 90-95% of the issue away to Tier I, II and III accounts.

 Vice President, Special Products Institutional Sales (1995-1998)Maintained the marketing and sale of VRDN’s, BAN’s, High Yield Healthcare and Multi-Family Housing Issues. Assisted the department head in setting the rates each week on $6B book of VRDN’s; priced and sold the many negotiated multi-family housing and high yield healthcare bond issues. Successfully opened two of the biggest housing buyers in the marketplace, FNMA and FHLMC which resulted in the sale of more than 75% of all future bond issues to these two accounts at significant savings for our issuers.
