In addition, I am driving key automation projects to drive efficiencies and reduce costs. My history also includes serving as Project & Support Manager / Senior Network Engineer for One Hope United. I directed multiple IT projects for this nonprofit organization, including designing, developing, and centralizing a computer environment for 32 sites into one hosted and environmentally stable data center. In addition, I developed the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).My education includes a Project Management Certification from Northwestern University, and a BS in Computer Information Systems and BS in Accounting from Calumet College of St. Joseph.
