Appointed to develop and lead the advice business strategy for Charter, ipac, Jigsaw and SMSF Advice with the objective of driving business growth through a large and complex intermediated distribution force. I held directorships for all associated entities and also led multiple special projects and was a member of the Advice, Banking and Superannuation Leadership team plus represent at numerous enterprise committees and forums.

Overall leadership and management responsibility for AMPs retail distribution. Responsible for managing the relationship between Strategy, HR, Marketing, Customer Service, IT and Product in the pursuit of meeting functional unit objectives. Instrumental in contributing to the building of AMP’s distribution footprint via new business production across all AMP owned and IFA channels.

Overall management responsibility for AXA’s retail sales business unit. Responsible for business planning, expense management, staff performance, product development and the expansion of AXA’s distribution footprint via new business production across both aligned and IFA channels.

Overall responsibility for the achievement of sales targets achieved through deployment of marketing and sales distribution initiatives, sales team training and professional development of the regional sales team.

Responsible for the initial establishment and then ongoing development of the Company’s distribution and sales activities as they related to the Group’s Corporate Superannuation offering across the southern states of Australia.

Reported to the Managing Director and responsible for the Company’s sales and marketing activities across their range of Corporate Superannuation and Trustee services product range.
