Was responsible for all aspects of the Company's interational business directly managing people in marketing, business development, sales, account management and professional services. Grew the business by over 40% annually.

Together with my team, was responsible for all merger and acquisition activity, management of existing alliances and development of new channels globally. Managed two acquisitions of competitors and the ensuing successful integration of them during this time. Also created a completely new channel and partner strategy for the business identifying the key verticals that could deliver results and then focusing on the top companies in those verticals to establish smart relationships with. We grew our partner related revenue generation from less than 10% to greater than 45% of total sales and established highly productive partnerships with companies like ADP, AMEX, US Bank, Bank of America and Microsoft.

Started with a small team of 4 reps and grew to a staff of over 150 sales and sales support personnel as we grew the business from under $1M is annual sales to $75M.Responsible for all aspects of managing and growing the business and delivered consistently, meeting or exceeding target numbers for each of the 16 quarters in the role.

Rose though the sales ranks quickly after consistently exceeding targets. As DVP, managed sales for a significant segment of the overall business (database and applications) covering 25% of the US territory. Was consistently a top performer amongst peers.

This was a 100% self-generation of all leads type of role. I pounded the pavement and wore out my shoes on my way to building a successful territory that had never performed previously.
