I support region sales teams and our customers with product specific information and technical knowledge for our electron spectroscopy solutions. As product owner, I keep an overview over the market segment, identify customer trends, and develop our portfolio in close collaboration with R&D to further extend our competitive position.
In my current role I am responsible to specify, source, integrate, educate users, and maintain instruments for automated optical inspection (AOI) and focused ion beam (FIB) analysis. I take projects from our manual inspection line to a high throughput wafer handling AOI system for defect detection and critical dimension (CD) measurements. I develop new algorithms and methods to meet our needs for CD measurements in images and height data of complex MEMS structures. Data from the AOI is fully integrated into existing databases. My background in material analysis is crucial for deprocessing defective chips and failure analysis using a FIB system.

During my PhD studies, my main focus was on electron microscopy analysis of Cu(In,Ga)Se₂and Cu₂ZnSn(S,Se)₄ solar cells and supporting colleagues with specific material relatedquestions.
