Lead change and communications manager for the implementation of NSWPF first open plan pilot floor at their Parramatta Headquarters building. The project included delivery of end to end change management and communications services for staff involved, space management services for the NSW Police Force portfolio to assist with operational efficiency, developing a masterplan for future building scenario planning with input from internal and external stakeholders and strategic lease management.BHPSpace planning initiatives to introduce additional workstations into the leased floors within their portfolio. Project business case development and approval by internal stakeholder before leading implementation with teams and leaders. This project created an additional 80 work points for staff to utilise for daily tasks. Settings ranged from being individual, collaborative or focused based on the user requirements. Change management and communications activities were conducted to support the rollout of the new settings. Workplace TechnologySensors solutions, desk booking tools and visitor management systems to better manage and track how the work environment is being occupied to understand where the opportunities are in terms of efficiency.

Puzzle Partners have been providing change and transition services throughout Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Perth since the early 2000's. The wide range of services has seen the business grow over the past 15 years. Various project management roles undertaken to assist in the transition of employees and equipment into new work environments.Key Projects include:Sydney University - Charles Perkins Centre for Medical ResearchRelocation of the Health Sciences departments from multiple campus buildings into a single location. This project included the relocation of staff, equipment, biological studies and chemicals. The vacated sites were decommissioned and handed back to Sydney University to be repurposed. Prime Minister and Cabinet Canberra - Working Your Way initiativeTransitioning the first government organisation from a static workplace to a flexible work environment. The project involved the relocation of staff out of existing space for fitout works to occur. A change management program was conducted with the staff prior to them being relocated back into the new work environment. Westpac Group Sydney - WorkSMART initiativeThe consolidation of the Westpac brand within the Sydney CBD. The project consistent of downsizing from 14 static buildings to 3 agile workspaces at Barangaroo, Kent St and Kogarah. Staff were transitioned through a change management program and equipped with new tools to work in the new flexible environment.

A graduate position during university study which lead to a casual employment opportunity. The role was undertaking events management of local golf tours and competitions facilitated by Go Golfing. From online registration to the gala dinner, the role was hands on and oversaw the entire event management process from beginning to end.
