Lead change and communications manager for the implementation of NSWPF first open plan pilot floor at their Parramatta Headquarters building. The project included delivery of end to end change management and communications services for staff involved, space management services for the NSW Police Force portfolio to assist with operational efficiency, developing a masterplan for future building scenario planning with input from internal and external stakeholders and strategic lease management.BHPSpace planning initiatives to introduce additional workstations into the leased floors within their portfolio. Project business case development and approval by internal stakeholder before leading implementation with teams and leaders. This project created an additional 80 work points for staff to utilise for daily tasks. Settings ranged from being individual, collaborative or focused based on the user requirements. Change management and communications activities were conducted to support the rollout of the new settings. Workplace TechnologySensors solutions, desk booking tools and visitor management systems to better manage and track how the work environment is being occupied to understand where the opportunities are in terms of efficiency.
