I’ve always been interested in technology and that has helped set the course of my career in IT.I started working with Dillard's right out of college. At Dillard's Internet Fulfillment Center, I oversaw the "KIVA" robotics department (now Amazon robotics ) including the automated order-filling operation. I then transitioned to the E-Commerce department at the Dillards corporate office where I created automated regression testing to help streamline the end-user experience of the Dillards website. While at Dillard's, I received my Green Belt in the Six Sigma certification program.With the birth of my son, Taylor, I changed jobs and started working with DataPath, specializing in software solutions for third-party administrators. I am currently a software implementation consultant assisting new/existing clients. Currently, I am a Software Implementation Specialist assisting new and existing clients in implementing and acclimating to the software and improving their end-user experience. DataPath has helped me receive my ECFC Certification to become an FCS Specialist and I am currently working on the COBRA equivalent of this certification. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and hanging out with my friends and family. It’s been a fun (and sometimes crazy) ride, but I’m loving every minute of it and look forward to new and exciting opportunities wherever they may be!
