Manage all aspects of procurement software implementation.Work closely with Customers to implement Coupa (Coupa.com). This work includes working with customers to define their current purchasing processes and how Coupa can alleviate bottlenecks, identify non-compliant processes and provide business support to design policies and procedures. Customer implementation support encompasses Business Process analysis, Supplier Enablement, Data loading, and training.Continued support entails assisting the customer with product upgrades, maintaining reference data, on-going training and providing guidance with using advance functions.
