First-Line Information Operations Planner

• Directed personnel in cyber defense of US Navy systems and exploitation of CENTCOM targets ofinterest (TOIs), and in information operations, fused analysis, and target development of SIGINT TOIs.• Leveraged Navy Reserve personnel to support CENTCOM CONOP/OPLAN target development to include COA development with kinetic/non-kinetic weapons pairing against targets of interest.• Lead electromagnetic operations environment modeler utilizing both IMOM and Builder modeling tools; coordinated efforts with Joint Electronic Warfare Center, Naval Research Laboratory, and Johns Hopkins University.• Verified appropriate accesses, training, and briefings were held by mission leads and operators and appropriate missions/roles were assigned in applicable applications.• Authored a tactical memorandum for counter-unmanned aerial systems for non-kinetic targeting.Contributed to the technical manual for US Navy, surface communications electromagnetic attack; included step-by-step process for using onboard weapon systems.• Represented command during fleet wide operation standards conference for developing new training pipeline and job scope alignment for two military occupational specialties.• Developed/facilitated training, testing, and final board certification of the enlisted information dominance warfare specialist program for intelligence community and non-intelligence community personnel.• Wikipedian for NIOC Georgia IO Cell utilizing pages for work collaboration, RFI submissions, and depository for finalized products.• Prior to transition to NSAG. IO team was designated as the watch support team for units operating in the CENTCOM AOR for reach back support, time-sensitive report review for briefing to Commanders, and RFI management. Success grew into the FIOC watch team incorporating CNO (CNE/CND) into IO functions before the official maritime operations center (FIOC-G Watch) was created at NSAG.
