I am currently a Full time Fitchburg Firefighter/EMT and a per diem/on call Firefighter/EMT with the Lunenburg Fire Department. I have also obtained my Associate’s Degree in Fire Science from Mount Wachusett Community College and my Bachelor's Degree in the Fire Science at Anna Maria College.Since joining the fire service over 9 years ago,I have consistently worked to develop my knowledge and experience. While completing my degree at Mount Wachusett I obtained my Basic Emergency Medical Technician certification and completed the Massachusetts Call/Volunteer Recruit Training Program. I have also completed the Lunenburg Fire Department’s 80 hour Motor Pump Operator Training Program and am qualified as a Driver/Operator for the Department. I have also completed the Massachusetts Career Recruit Training program. Along with these, I became a full time member for Lunenburg Fire for 2 years before becoming a full time member for Fitchburg Fire where I have been working for 2 years. Before becoming full time for Lunenburg followed by full time for Fitchburg, I was an Emt-B for MedStar Ambulance where I gained additional knowledge of EMS related skills through transfers as well as 911’s
