Timothy Fallon is Managing Partner at the Upper Charles Law Group, LLC. Attorney Fallon has a diverse litigation practice with a focus on civil litigation and family law. Attorney Fallon has significant experience in complex litigation involving construction, condominiums, medical malpractice, commercial/business disputes, and tort-based litigation. Attorney Fallon received his B.S. in Marketing in 2002 from Boston College, where he was Treasurer of the Ignatian Society, a writer for the student newspaper, The Heights, a member of the men's club soccer team, and a volunteer excavator with the Ashkelon Archaeological Expedition in Ashkelon, Israel. He received his J.D. in 2005 from Villanova University School of Law, where he was Editor-In-Chief of the Villanova University Journal of Catholic Social Thought, and an Associate Editor of the Villanova University Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. Attorney Fallon is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA), and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
