I developed this portion of the USMTS Help Desk forms in SQL*FORMS 3.0. This included the creation and modification of PL/SQL trigger and procedure logic. In support of Logistic Operations I created maintenance ticket scripts in SQL*PLUS. These tickets pulled information collected in the USMTS tables.
