As the Assistant Swimming Coach for the Senior and National groups at the Cincinnati Aquatic Club, I work directly with the Head Coach to supervise and direct nine practices per week. I also attend competitions as needed. While at practice and during competition my primary focus is to evaluate and provide feedback to the swimmers to make sure they have a positive experience and optimize their performance.

I initially started with the ME Lyons YMCA/Anderson Barracudas Swim Team in September 1998 as the Head Coach of the 11 & 12 year old age group. I stayed in this role until August of 2000. I rejoined the team in September 2006 in the same coaching role. As the Head Coach of the 11 & 12 year old age group I supervised and provided instruction to assistant coaches. I also managed, developed, and tracked the progress of the swimmers, and facilitated communication with parents. During this time frame I also served as the Assistant Senior group coach. In April of 2012 I became the Director of Competitive Swimming/Head Coach. As the Director, I was responsible for all aspects of the pre-competitive, competitive, and master's programs including the supervision of 19 assistant coaches at three separate locations, management of a $250,000 budget, development of practice and meet schedules, and the coordination of volunteers at all swim team functions, including swim meets, team banquet, pep-rally, and picnic.

As the National Team Sales Manager I had several key responsibilities including synchronizing communication between departments and stores to assure merchandise availability, customer service awareness, and customer satisfaction. In addition, I was responsible for servicing and managing the sales efforts in Ohio however, I did oversee the sales activities for all 1000+ teams throughout the country, including promoting the company at coaching clinics. I also managed all aspects of the Swimposium swim coaching clinic held annually in Columbus Ohio.

As Dean of Admissions for Saint Francis de Sales High School, I was responsible for all activities related to public relations, marketing, recruitment, and admissions. In this role I developed an enrollment plan to help streamline recruitment activities, created and maintained a prospective student database, and coordinated operations of recruitment and retention events. In addition to serving as the Dean of Admissions I also worked as the Assistant High School Swimming Coach from November 2004 to August 2006. In this role I assisted the Head Coach with the direction of nine weekly practices, team travel, and tracking of team equipment.

As part of the Greater Toledo Aquatic Club, I served as the Head Coach of the 9 to 13 year old age group. In this role I supervised, and provide instruction to assistant coaches, managed, developed, and track the progress of the group, and facilitated communication with parents.

As an Independent Representative of Primerica Financial Services I had the primary focus of educating and recommending solutions to individual and group clients concerning debt, retirement, insurance, and long term, emergency, and educational savings. I initially started in Cincinnati, however I eventually moved my operation to Toledo where I opened an office, becoming responsible for office operations, including regulatory and company compliance, representative education, securities supervision, and maintenance of client files. I attained my Series 6, 63, and Life Insurance licenses.

As Director of Administration for the Cincinnati Classics Soccer Club I was responsible for general administration for 32 teams and over 300 individual players including registration, communication, and coordination of team administrators. I also directed the Blue Chip Classic Soccer Tournament operations, including pre and post administrative duties such as coordinating registration and communication with college coaches, tournament teams, and volunteers.
