I worked in a maintenance shop environment as an Attendant in Park City, Utah for the spectator shuttle buses during the 2002 Winter Olympics. Repair, fuel, transport, clean, perform road calls and make ready the shuttle buses. I had the opportunity to pass through Military security check points when delivering vehicles to the games bus lot. The fleet we used was donated by Transit facilities and was sitting in the snow when we arrived. The job of getting the vehicles running was difficult due to sitting for months. We had a diverse maintenance shop and worked well together.
