Timothy T. Kay graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1984 and concentrates in small business matters, civil litigation, municipal law, personal injury, juvenile and family law, and criminal defense.Tim has authorized scores of Briefs for the Court of Appeals, authored numerous and successful Petitions for Review to the Supreme Court, has appeared several times before the Supreme Court of Wisconsin for oral arguments, and has represented clients all the way to the United States Supreme Court.Timothy is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin belonging to the General Practice, Municipal, Government Law Sections, and has previously served on the Membership Committee. Also, he is a member of the Waukesha County Bar and has received permission to present cases to the United States Supreme Court.Tim has previously represented such organizations as the Law Enforcement Chaplains, a non-profit organization.
