Many of my past projects have resulted in improved service and significant contribution in annualized savings.I led an office of 150+ employees through a major company wide reorganization that resulted in a successful transition there by improving efficiencies and segmentation of claims handling. My Claims experience include: Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Agency relations, Litigation, Medical Payments, Uninsured Motorist, Total loss and Centralized claims environment. My breath of knowledge in insurance, automobiles, injuries and people are my strengths that I bring to my clients. The biggest achievement for me is hearing the voice of my client's go from concern and confusion to understanding and trust.
