- Be a part of Business and Customer Supports in term of projects and resources. Identify the applications/systems and communicate with the customers/users on improvement plans and packages.- Identify the applications/systems and communicate with the customers/users on improvement plans and packages. Design and develop B2B, reports and web based application to cater for customer/user needs and requirements.- Provide strong applications/systems support and enhancement for web-based (ASP, HTML, ASP .net), reporting and database (SQL). - Deal with customers/users to analyst existing applications/systems in order to gather new requirement and specification to improve/enhance existing applications/systems or develop & implement new applications/systems, in order to move toward efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy, paperless & user-friendly working environment.- Provide support for all B2B systems, reports and web based applications to ensure the smooth running of the operations. Supporting systems includes off hour sessions around the year.- Documentation on support issues and common troubleshooting methods for future reference.- Any other duties will be assigned from time to time
