I have been lead Estimator and a Project Planner for over 20 years. I have initiated and Project managed contracts for 16 years prior this through the project life cycle; with the two disciplines overlapping one another for a period of ~5years or so.I have a proven and intimate knowledge of methodologies & outputs with regards to engineering an estimate from over 16 years of operational experience.With a strong focus on bulk earthworks, FRC, Roads & Building, Hydro, NGrid power, raw & waste water with STW; using CCS Candy for estimating and planning.
