I would help the various teams in the office with events and strategic development. My day-to-day activities would include creating and post social media posts for various businesses, making messages for e-cards to our interest lists, and researching and contacting potential new clients.

I find pertinent information for the current cases that are being worked on at the firm. I also take documents and summarize the important information on them for the partners at the firm.

This is my second summer working at the Port of Los Angeles. I again retrieved records for employees. I also was in charge of a project to move much of the records and historical items from an old location to a more secure site and do inventory for these items in the new location.

I assisted Professor Sarah LaBelle (a professor at Chapman University) with her research dealing with the student's views on Adderall. I listened to a recording of a focus group and transcribed it onto a Word document, and assisted in quantifying the data.

I retrieved and maintained records for the Port and brought them back to the main office for other employees to look through. I also would assist in digitizing the documents by scanning them to a database.

I assisted in chores around the office, including managing computers, documents and maintained the office.

I made phone calls to near by customers informing them of Cotter's new store front, took inventory, and assisted in preparing and setting up the store front for the opening.

I helped the Track Coach with coaching several middle school level athletes with all Track and Field events.
