Experienced in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry, focused on building relationships, leadership development, guest relations, organizational and staff development, staff retention. Managing and developing teams has always been a passion of mine. I enjoying developing people to be the best versions of themselves and challenging them to think differently, solve problems rationally, strive for excellence daily. I am currently working at Snooze in the Denver Tech Center. We provide a high level of guest focused service, paired with thoughtful and delicious food in a high paced environment. Leading by example, having a positive can do approach to guests and teammates and putting others first is how I effectively coach my teams everyday. When I am not working, I enjoy the culinary scene of Denver. Experiencing new restaurants, and trying new beers and wines at local craft breweries and wineries. I enjoy spending my time with friends and family, being active and taking in all the adventures Colorado has to offer.
