On the Directory Services team I assisted customers with all issues dealing with Active directory anauthentication and became an SME in authentication/encryption technologies including TLS, PKI,and Kerberos.• Assisted with Debugging of code level issues in order to resolve issues that could not be fixed withconfiguration changes• Effectively troubleshot issues while deescalating tension with the customer and coordinating withinternal teams to ensure resolutions in both production and test environments.• Trained and educated customers by providing documentation and guidance to help them betterunderstand the intricacies of the environments and infrastructures they were managing.
