This has included supporting multiple governmental departments such as Health, Communities, Education, Justice, and Water Corporation, I have also provided support for BHP and Rio Tinto at a Level 1 Support Technician.I hold multiple certifications that underscore my technical proficiency, including the MCSA for installing and configuring Windows 10, CompTIA Network+ and Security+, and Cisco CyberOps Associate. These credentials reflect my commitment to staying current with industry standards and best practices.I have ADHD, which I consider an asset as it helps me think outside the box and approach problems with a unique perspective. This hands-on experience allows me to experiment with and master different operating systems and technologies. My home setup includes a Proxmox server on a 4U rack-mounted server, enterprise-grade KVMs, and Cisco 2960X switches, which keeps me engaged with enterprise-level solutions. Currently, I am furthering my expertise by studying for the CCNA certification.
