Develop a Value Engineering approach to each project, resulting in significant improvement to the bottom line profit.

Executed overall project management strategy, including estimating, manufacturing, and engineering tasks for all bridge grid decking, expansion joints and structural bridge bearing projects. Oversaw transition of department during 2002 asset and backlog purchase by L.B. Foster. Expanded sales from $5 to $7 million over a 3 year period.

Led all sales, manufacturing and business in the Southeast Asian market. Supervised sales team of 12 people while simultaneously leading project management. Identified and established distribution partnerships while providing oversight of newly developed satellite offices in the territory. Closed orders directly with contractors in conjunction with partner distributors. Identified, trained and developed subcontractors for products not manufactured in house. Negotiated joint venture in China including manufacturing of expansion joints and bearings.
