Engineering: Complete turn-key manufacturing process, from the design phase to operational execution. Our Master Draftsmen are skilled in the latest version of Auto Desk equipped with Inventor Pro. and AutoCAD with simulators.
Welding: Full team of AWS Certified Production Welders specializing in MIG, TIG, and Stick Welding. Our Team also utilizes a Thermco 90/10 Calibrated Bulk Gas System, allowing for more consistent and stronger welds.
Fabrication: Full burn, cut, and bend capabilities all under one roof.
-Accurpress 250-, 525-, & 1050-Ton Hydraulic Press Brakes.
-ALLtra CNC Plasma Table
Machining: Fully integrated CNC and manual machine shop.
-Milling: HAAS VF11, Doosan DNM 400, & Doosan DNM 750.
-Lathe: Doosan Puma 5100LM
Inspection: AS9100 Compliant-First Article Inspection.
Built in PolyWorks Inspection Lab with Quantum E FaroArm.
Shipping & Receiving: Full-time staff committed to on time delivery. Direct logistical contracts and network partners. Integrated Plant Wide ERP System.
