Customer Service EngineerDiebold Nixdorf Apr 2013 - PresentTerritory Management • Prioritise and plan calls according to severity (Critically Non Functioning or Partly Functioning ATM’s before Deferred Calls)• Communicate with Customers relating to calls and adhere to pre-arranged commitments.• Attends to calls within agreed MTTR as determined by Regional Services Manager• Provide assistance when requested to do so whether by fellow CSE’s or Regional Services Manager• Practise high levels of excellence and pride at all times when dealing with the overall condition and appearance of the ATMs.• Ensure that ATM Maintenance is of high quality so as to heighten customer satisfaction.• Conduct PDPM’s on each Service Call Attended and ensures that 100% of Preventative Maintenance calls are done monthly as prescribed by the Regional Services Manager in conjunction with the Customers.• Assists with Installations, Relocations and De-installations when required to do so.• Ensure compliance with key CSE process and procedures as prescribed in the CSE Handbook and company’s code of conduct at all times. Technical and non-Technical Administration • Ensure that every service call has a Job Card that has been correctly completed, signed and copy given to client.• Close-off all completed and uncompleted calls on the prescribed tool or with CMC upon departure from site.• Return all Billable Job Cards within one week to the relevant RSM for vetting and processing.• Ensure that correct parts and quantities used are allocated correctly within the call when closing calls with the CMC. • Report received Defective Parts (DFS)• Adhere to the office operating procedure regarding Parts and Repairs. Stock Control • Return Defective parts within 2 days of usage to the Depot Department.• Conduct Bi weekly stock counts.• Ensure that Quarterly Cycle Counts are done as scheduled by the Regional Service Manager.• Ensure that the correct procedure is followed when handling and returning parts for repairs. -
