I have previously been primary care site co-investigator in 9 multi-site Phase II-Phase IV research studies. I completed my MSc in Allergy at Imperial College, London in September 2014, for which I was awarded the Dean's Prize for Allergy in 2015. My dissertation reported on our pragmatic randomised controlled trial involving recommendation for protective measures against respiratory infections, for which the treatment group received advice to take probiotic capsules which were provided freely. My current areas of research are quality-improvement incentives, vitamin D, milk allergy, multimorbidity and COPD.I also work locally as a salaried GP and occasional locum, bringing 12 years' experience to the role, during which I have developed a patient-centred approach while maintaining the pragmatism and efficiency needed for an ever evolving primary care role. I value honesty and fairness highly amongst personal attributes, and enjoy teamwork built on mutual respect and a common goal. I have special interests in allergy and atopic diseases and clinical training.
