I have been in banking since 2004, holding a variety of positions such as Teller, Financial Service Rep, Branch Banker Team Lead, Manager and Market Leader. I believe that regardless of the position you hold in any industry, you should always leave things better than you found them. This does not just go for picking up trash while you are hiking. I believe you should also leave your associates, clients, office environment and culture in a better position and state-of-mind than when you found them as well. I thrive on educating my clients on the needs that would best compliment their lives as well as coaching my teammates to be their best self. Furthermore, I'm consistently humbled by how much I learn day to day from my clients, coworkers, and the environment around me.In the absence of sharing your talent and willingness to receive a different perspective on a situation/the world/etc, a career can mean nothing and you become dispensable.
