Timothy Wolfe has a strong background in plumbing, fire protection and medical gas engineering with applications ranging from hospital replacements and expansions, state of the art medical and agricultural research labs, upper educational facilities, central utility plant designs, and facility master planning. His depth and understanding of these systems result in innovative and project-specific solutions, tailored to meet the needs of the facility and its maintenance operations. In addition to new designs, Timothy has been requested to perform studies targeting operational and code deficiencies on existing equipment and systems including medical gases, fuel oil, water purification, domestic water pressure and distribution, integrated systems controls, and pipeline system integrity.In 2011, Timothy was invited to join a task group through the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) in partnership with the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) to study the water usage patterns associated with high efficiency plumbing fixtures. The goal of this task group has been to develop a new or updated probability model that will be submitted for inclusion in the 2015 Uniform Pluming Code (UPC). This study will have broad sweeping benefits to the plumbing community as it will provide a code standard that water companies, building owners and plumbing designers can use to realize the full economic effects of low flow water fixtures.In addition to his technical skills, Timothy has a passion for excellent interpersonal communication to aid in the development of quality, comprehensive projects and maintain long term client relationships. He knows that time spent communicating between the owner/users and the design team is crucial to meeting client's needs and dreams while maximizing ever dollar spent.
