Operations Director
CurrentAdult social care (charity) support provider for adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults.Overall responsibility for delivery of contracts across Kent and Sussex supporting over 300 people.Leading a team of 12 Locality managers and 190 team members across Kent and Sussex to develop their support provision and achieve positive outcomes for the people supported.Tendering for and setting up and developing complex needs support provisions to enable people to move out of ATU's.Working closely with the internal organisational resource ring including; Finance, Human Resources, Business development, Resourcing, L+D, I.T. to monitor quality and compliance and effective service delivery.Delivering effective oversight of business objectives by using analysis and reporting of key data to support operational delivery, performance and continuous improvement.Working in Partnership with key stakeholders including Local Authority and ICB commissioners to deliver and monitor contracts as well as demonstrating quality and value for money.Member of WSCC Strategic provider forum and working groups, influencing change and initiatives alongside other key provider personnel, Directors of Adult Social Services, Commissioners and budget holders.
