It Project Manager
Current• Conduct kickoff calls with business owners, clients, and stakeholders• Gather detailed customer requirements scope of project deliverables• Create Microsoft Project plans and establish timelines for a cross functional matrixed team following a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process• Utilize Six Sigma tools to find process improvement opportunities, eliminate duplication of effort, and improve work quality• Communicate scope of projects to cross functional team members• Cover roles and responsibilities with team members• Participate in daily Scrum meetings with development team • Lead weekly meetings to track progress with internal team and vendors• Track issues and risks• Continuously communicate with client progress of project• Route requirements documentation to team members for approval• Create and maintain supporting project documentation artifacts and materials in SharePoint as well as other web-based documentation storage• Establish identity provider (IdP) network for large scale projects and client migration• Meet with 3rd party vendors to track completion of work• Set up Single Sign On (SSO) with selected vendors• Conduct system training • Send Go/Live-Launch communication• Transition to support• Gather and communicate lessons learned• Continually enhance the customer experience• Monitor change control• Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure project outcomes meet client expectations• Work with Sales team to define future customer requirements• Participate in weekly project presentations to executive management • Gather customer feedback/lessons learned and communicate to the team
