We launched Home.com and took it from zero to 50k sessions/mo in 1 year with only SEO content. We also launched ScoreGenius, the first credit monitoring platform that used mortgage credit scores to give homebuyers a clearer picture of their credit standing.

* Quadrupled traffic to nationally-recognized site The Mortgage Reports, from 500k to 2M/mo, via full site redesign and news-driven content marketing.* Started MyMortgageInsider.com and took organic traffic from zero to 200k/mo, ranking #1 in Google for many high-traffic keywords in the mortgage vertical, one of the most competitive SEO spaces.* Built the content marketing team to 8 core members, plus dozens of external contractors and freelancers.* As an email team of one, I took Full Beaker's email program from zero to $1 million per year in 3 years, "on the side" while building organic traffic to company websites*Improved site speed for The Mortgage Reports. Oversaw branch, leading it from lowest production in the company, to highest of five branches.*Maintain a pipeline including specialty products, i.e. 203k, Repair Escrow, Housekey and Manufactured Housing.*Demonstrated a sales-oriented processing style that propels loan officers toward success.*Showed an in-depth knowledge of Encompass, DU, LP, GUS, and various brokered lenders’ proprietary origination systems.

Originated mortgage loans. Worked existing database of contacts, networked with Realtor and other professional referral partners.

Assisted one of the top loan officers in the Seattle area. Helped close multi-million dollar transactions for many of the "who's who" in Seattle. Additionally, originated my own loans.

Networked with Realtors (and even knocked on apartment complex doors!) to generate business. Generated a pipeline of loans in the midst of one of the toughest real estate markets in history.

Owned a mortgage processing company that worked with two companies on their processing needs. Worked with eight loan officers simultaneously, keeping all their files moving smoothly through underwriting and closing.

Assisted one of Seattle's most high profile loan officers. Helped close a $3 million loan for a Sonics player. Worked and corresponded with some of Seattle's VIPs to help close their loans.

Assisted and processed for one of the highest producers in the Northwest.

Started in the data entry division, worked my way up to Processor then Jr. Underwriter/Validator in the wholesale division. Gained broad knowledge in all aspects of the wholesale side of the mortgage business.
