Aunalytics was formed after the acquisition of several technology companies which included MicroIntegration. MicroIntegration acquired Kinetic IT Solutions in August of 2018. Both companies were a Managed Services Provider (MSP) who provided information technology services to small, medium, and large businesses in South Bend, IN and surrounding area. I started at Kinetic IT Solutions in 2015, I led the restructuring of the managed services offering and creation of Service Desk. I researched and implemented documentation/password vault software which increased productivity by reducing the time it takes to properly document and lookup information. Which lead to our growth and exception customer service earning Kinetic IT Solutions the South Bend Regional Chamber Small Business of the Year award (2017).

I started my IT career at Pinnacle of Indiana - a well known IT provider. I was hired to provide staff augmentation and with continued focus and dedication, I quickly advanced myself to Help Desk Technician, Field Technician, Central Services Engineer and Project Services Engineer.As the first and only Help Desk Technician, I built the standards for documentation, policies and procedures, and the training of additional Help Desk staff before moving to a Field Technician.While working as a Field Technician I was also maintaining our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform which turned into a full time position and became the Centralized Services Engineer as the company was growing and becoming a Managed Services Provider (MSP).The project team requested my assistance enough that I was then moved to the project team as a Project Services Engineer where I maintained industry standards and best practices during the design and implementation of whole network infrastructure solutions including firewalls, switches, wireless, workstations, printers, network storage and servers both physical and virtual.

Joined the U.S. Army as a Private First Class (PFC). Shortly after receiving the rank of Specialist (SPC) automatically from time in grade and time in service, I was promoted to Corporal (CPL) after exemplifying my leadership skills. The last year of my service I was assigned the role of Training NCO (Non-commissioned officer) and earned the promotion to Sergeant (SGT).
