Tim Becker is a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Certified Professional and Microsoft CRM Certified Trainer. He has been designing, installing, upgrading, customizing and integrating Microsoft CRM on-premise and online systems for the last 15 years since Dynamics CRM version 1.0. In 2004, he started Becker Consulting Services to focus on delivering Microsoft business solutions. Specific areas of expertise include business process analysis, CRM architecture, systems design and documentation, Jscript development, SSRS custom report development, and ADFS remote access. Tim has assisted scores of small, mid-sized and enterprise-level companies successfully implement Microsoft CRM and transform their business operations. He can document the specification to be implemented by others, or perform the installation, implementation and customization himself. He is particularly talented at translating complex business processes and objectives into a fully operational Dynamics CRM business-critical application.Tim frequently teaches the entire curriculum of Microsoft CRM courses to Microsoft Partners and customers from around the country, including CRM courses on Applications, Installation, Deployment, Configuration, Customization, Workflows, Administration, and Reporting. He also has developed and delivered numerous custom CRM courses uniquely tailored to the needs and business processes of individual CRM customers.Tim has been invited by Microsoft to teach CRM to Microsoft employees in Redmond. Tim designed and delivered a custom week-long Microsoft CRM training bootcamp for the global CRM Technical Specialist team. As one of the leading CRM trainers in the country, Tim was engaged by Microsoft to assist the training team develop CRM global courses with a focus on real-world hands-on labs. He then taught the CRM “beta class” to help Microsoft fine tune the final courseware materials before being rolled out worldwide.
