Market analysis and development of Konica Minolta’s HCIT business and marketing strategy

Developed and executed integrated marketing plan for U.S. regional team, which included global marketing, marketing communications, field marketing, sales, product management, engineering, customer services, media relations and analyst relations. Created and implemented marketing campaigns, collateral, customer web portal, sales enablement activities and regional product launches for Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS).

Led cross-functional product team comprised of product management, engineering, customer services, marketing, sales, finance, manufacturing, vendor and customer partners in planning, development and commercialization of speech-enabled diagnostic reporting solution for radiology. Oversaw customer beta partner relationships, short and long term product roadmap planning, product commercialization, market research, voice of customer and business requirement priorities.

Led team comprised of internal and external stakeholders across multiple cross-functional disciplines, including vendor and customer partners in roadmap planning, product development and commercialization of GE’s integration solution for HL7 and DICOM data transfer. Created and maintained product roadmap based on market research, voice of customer and business requirements. Developed detailed product requirements and specifications.
