Ensure consistency in collateral among the Organization's various services and resources.- Responsible for effectively planning, directing and coordinating all activities regarding graphic design development and production.- Participate in brand management and brand extension through the development of template branded materials for use by other departments.- Produce, review and edit all print and multimedia communications materials, including reports, brochures, quarterly magazine, annual report, campaign collateral, ads, logos, photos, videos and more to ensure consistency and continuity of message.- Manage communications-related mailings, databases, reports and logistical details.- Coordinate online giving and donation drives.- Participate in community events and organizes press conferences and other publicity events as needed.- Provide support and documentation to the team in any area required by assisting with daily workflow needs where necessary.- Coordinate and implement other projects as requested for the good of the Organization such as Emergency Preparedness to media and caregivers.- Other duties as requested by the Vice President of Grants & Fund Development.

Initially hired to the Drafting Department, my early contributions also included redesigning marketing collateral. My second year, I deployed a business-class server and networking upgrades to overhaul the office’s IT infrastructure. An IT Department was established and I was given the title “IT Specialist”. Design duties expanded and I was coordinating the company’s trade show efforts, including WEFTEC and more. My title became “Supervisor, Marketing and Technology”, overseeing all creative duties as well as supervising an in-house IT Tech. Part of the Sales and Marketing team I lead conference calls and design meetings, as well as traveled to interact with sales representatives. Design and draw home custom home plans in CADD programs based on customer contract data. Participate in design review meetings with customers and sales team. I was also tasked with redesigning promotion and marketing material (Brochure, Posters, etc.), including crafting new materials for a future community in Vero Beach (letterhead, business cards, architectural renders, signs and posters). Chosen from a pool of “OJT” candidates during senior year of High School. Hired full-time after graduation.
