Manages operational test and evaluation modernizing F-15E hardware, weapons, sensors and avionics. Subject matter expert developing and testing future F-15E tactics. Led and managed a 24 civilian, contractor and military team overseeing air and ground assets for more than 4,500 missions per year. Managed 126 target complexes with over 1,800 individual targets on 2.9 million acres of Air Combat Command's premier and largest test and training range. Lead five officers and instructed 67 aircrew in presidential directed interdiction, strike, close air support and air superiority missions. Executed surface attack, interdiction and close air support mission of war plans and contingency operations for United States Air Forces in Europe, United States European Command and North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Lead four officers responsible for all instrument and mission ready qualifications for squadron of 66 aircrew and 28 F-15E aircraft. Primary squadron standards and evaluation flight examiner ensured squadron aircrew remained current with flight directives. Administered monthly aircrew situational emergency procedure testing. Managed evaluation trends and currencies for leadership. Instructor Weapons System Officer and mission commander certified to teach and evaluate aircrew on multiple missions and weapons systems.
