Supervising 30 shuttle drivers. Oversee nightly operations. Manage driver logs, coaching when necessary, encouraging always. Handling disciplinary actions, following up on Driver/Vehicle Examination Reports, educating on FMCSA regulations, and reporting to upper management on day-to-day processes.

Supervise 70+ drivers both on and off site. My supervisory services begin with the interview process, then orientation for all drivers, training on how to manage equipment, and then daily oversight to ensure quality of delivery services while maintaining an efficient work schedule. This involves coaching sessions, write-ups when necessary, lots of encouragement and engaging employees. I also manage legal compliance with FMCSA regs, and report to upper management on day-to-day processes.

Manage accidents, including coaching OTR drivers in real time on-scene guidance, take reports, orchestrate drug screens, medical exams, etc. Instruct Operations regarding compliance with FMCSA legal requirements. Perform annual Safety Reviews of drivers. Take concerned citizen calls and address poor driving behavior with the driver. Manage all online safety training, working with Fleet Managers to inspire drivers to remain current. Cover on-call emergencies 24/7/365. Created and currently manage the Safe Driver of the Month and 'Sky Cop'. Weekly safety awareness payroll stuffer (graphic design)
