You’d be hard pressed to find a more person-centered professional history than mine. Over the past twelve years I have worked across the states with a wide range of populations – from adults experiencing homelessness to veterans.In Madison, Wisconsin I became a Lead Case Manager at a homeless shelter and helped write a grant for a large kitchen garden. At the same nonprofit I became a Program Manager and helped to save a dying AODA program and turned it into the top performing housing program in Madison.In Denver, Colorado I served as a Senior Case Manager at Developmental Pathways where I mentored to new Case Managers and provided quality case management to over thirty individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities and their families. Later I became a Systems Director at Ability Specialists, where I supported consumers diagnosed with developmental disabilities at volunteer worksites, became a Certified Salesforce Administrator to help build and upgrade one of the best CRMs in the industry, and launched and implemented project management software along with video trainings for all critical business processes.In San Diego, California I have worked as a Reporting and Training Coordinator at Equus, a company serving the homeless, where I won several LEGACY awards and a staff wide communications award. I then supervised ten job coaches while providing quality case management to fifty-five adults at the Arc of San Diego. Finally, I became Lead Case Manager at Veterans Village of San Diego, where I helped successfully launch a new grant that serves veterans to help find services like housing and employment.My professional objective is to serve people, especially at risk populations, in making their lives easier by utilizing my skills in business systems analysis, customer service-centric technologies, and program development.
