I have acted as a consultant internationally and delivered turn-key communication projects at Board/Ministerial level to 40% of the FTSE-100 as well as major central government departments respectively. I have also worked extensively with semi-public organisations such as The BBC and Network Rail. I specialise in people-led change and employee engagement. I have been focused on major restructuring, corporate realignment (revision of core markets, goals or values), workforce retraining and M&A/divestment or commercialisation. Many of these projects required three to five years’ intensive collaboration on major, long-term change initiatives.
