Using a fluid localized strategy, I pinpoint areas of high-theft traffic on a rolling basis to compile a theft prevention strategy. This allows me to identify trends in high-theft areas, and track prevention results compared to past data. I continue to grow and utilize partnerships within the law enforcement/court system to help prosecute repeat offenders. I also lead a small team to help mitigate theft through physical presence, inventory audits, and incident reporting.

Worked in a small-team format within a large store to achieve assets protection goals. Utilized verbal communication over physical contact to achieve goals. Led by example to co-workers throughout the store. Trained 6 new hires for district. Recovered over $7,500 of merchandise in 2021.
