Tim is the Co-Founder of Autumn Hill Partners (AHP), an advisory firm that partners with innovative companies, large and small, to ignite growth and to drive scale. At AHP, Tim brings his unique blend of strategic vision, multinational operating experience and start-up scrappiness to support growth and innovation across diverse sectors. AHP provides its clients with advisory services, access to growth capital and strategic partnership opportunities.Tim is also a Principal and Advisor for the New England Consulting Group (NECG). AHP and NECG leverage complementary resources and capabilities to support the strategic ambitions and growth mandates of large multinational clients. Prior to AHP, Tim was a principal in a technology accelerator called 4iNNO, a spin-out from Procter & Gamble. 4iNNO was a pioneer in creating and scaling disruptive new businesses and monetizing intellectual property through Open Innovation. 4iNNO had a successful exit in 2019, when it was purchased by The Carlyle Group.Before that, Tim was the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Legg Mason, one of the largest asset managers in the world. Tim led a 150-person worldwide marketing team, integrating the acquisition of Citi Asset Management, building a global distribution platform and launching innovative new products and services across the Institutional, Retail and HNW client segments.Tim was also a Managing Partner at Prophet, the management consulting firm, leading European operations, based in London, and adving executive teams on growth and innovation for companies including BP, Shell, Deutsche Bank, IBM, JPMorganChase, Novartis, Siemens and UBS.Before Prophet, Tim worked in the Communications, Media & Technology industry as Corporate Vice President, Marketing for Comcast and as Managing Director, Consumer Markets for Verizon, leading teams at both companies to record subscriber growth and margin performance during the broadband revolution. Earlier in his career, Tim spent 12 years at the WPP Group, as Executive Director at WPP Consulting and as SVP/Worldwide Account Director at Young & Rubicam.Tim taught an innovation boot camp at the Wharton School of Business for seven years and also developed and taught a case study at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.Tim holds an A.B. with Honors in Classics and History from Brown University.
