Current• Guide clients through onboardings of Operative SaaS platforms (AOS & Operative.One)• Manage overall implementation lifecycles and timelines• Gather business and technical requirements from main stakeholders to transfer them into functional points• Responsible for all software configuration tasks and prototype builds to meet customer needs• Serve as the main liaison between the customer and technical / engineering teams• Present software demos throughout pre-sale and post-sale processes• Build and execute onboarding plans for ad server migrations• Facilitate post-implementation transition to support teams• Provide post-implementation ad-hoc support and expertise on escalated issues and requests• Conduct weekly project status meetings
