Tim was a Partner, as well as the Broker of Record at Copper Hill. After earning his Broker’s license within 5 years of being licensed as a Salesperson, he teamed up with Andrew & Ryan to form Copper Hill Real Estate. With a strong business and personal network in the Greater Philadelphia area, Tim consistently delivers value to his trusted relationships by utilizing his extensive real estate knowledge, local market expertise, and entrepreneurial business experience. He has decades of experience in the mortgage, new-construction, and real estate sectors, and helped form the brokerage, title insurance, and development divisions within Copper Hill’s enterprise.Tim’s focus was in running and growing the real estate brokerage division of Copper Hill.
