I worked for State Farm (through TEKsystems) solving problems (remotely) that were experienced by their employees and representatives involving their various workstations. I was part of a team of experts that were troubleshooting various problems that are inherent with Microsoft-based computers. We serviced operating system defects, defects in Internet Explorer, and defects with VPN. We also serviced many hardware drivers that may have been corrupted. We serviced both desktops and laptops with either Windows 7 or Windows 8 operating systems. We employed various methods for remotely troubleshooting/repairing those workstations ranging from elevated administrative command line interfaces to remote desktop GUI interfaces.

At ITV-3 we pride ourselves on caring for our customers individually, by providing local technicians and not outsourcing our service to another company, state, or country.
