I am a seasoned, customer-centric global business executive that drives business performance through the development of strong relationships, strategic planning, nurturing and empowering high performance teams, and optimizing operations in a culture of safety, quality, respect, and continuous improvement. For last 10 years I have had full P&L responsibility for Nidec’s $80 million global capital equipment service organization with customers in 90+ countries. This included management of a team of 300+ members and subsidiaries in China, Mexico, Brazil, and Europe. I successfully led the organization to provide outstanding customer experience while doubling the revenue from 2013 to 2017 and doubling operating profit from 2017 to 2021, as well as improving product quality. During this period I spearheaded the expansion of the organization from supporting a single equipment line to PMI of five additional Nidec Press & Automation companies’ service groups.My prior director position at Emerson involved the management of the $200 million aftermarket HVAC compressor business launching an aftermarket branding and business development campaign with installing contractors, distributors, and key end users such as Wal-Mart and Walgreens. I led aftermarket sales and business development activities with HVAC OEMs including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, and Nordyne. My responsibilities also included product management and rationalization of an aftermarket product line from 54 to 14 models.
