For the Japanese Culture Coordinator position, I had budgeted, planned, and scheduled Japanese cultural events at Anime Milwaukee. Such events include: art gallery by Chicago-based artist Ayumi Tanaka, Japanese speech contest overseen by the professors from the UW-Milwaukee Japanese department, Godzilla film panel by esteemed professor Jason Jones, film screenings and JET information sessions hosted by the Consulate General of Japan at Chicago, and more.
