Consistently collaborated on design, weekly meetings, and input with Project Show Producers, Creative Leads, and Rockwork Production Designers. Coordinated weekly with Ride Engineering, thereby gaining in-depth knowledge of complex and technical standards, relationships, and protocols on Area Devt. and ride interfaces.Selected Projects & Achievements:• Disneyland's California Adventure – Avengers Campus (2018-2020) – highly themed Land with 2 new major attractions, food venues, merchandise shop and a ‘mystical discovery garden’ combined as an entertainment venue.• Disneyland Resort – Magic Way Bridge and Pedestrian Esplanade (2018-2019) – Designed new pedestrian bridge connecting Disneyland Parking Hub to Resort, with 174-foot-long bridge and 450-ft-long landscaped walkway.• Disneyland Resort - Harbor Gateway - Parking & Transportation Hub (2016-2017) – Designed new Transportation Hub and parking structure with security screening, pedestrian walkways , and elevated bridge connection. Project on hold.• Hong Kong Disneyland - Toy Story Land Expansion (2015-2016) – 1.6-hectare expansion project to Toy Story Land with added (2) attractions, Quick Serve Food Area and Restrooms.• Disney’s Animal Kingdom Renovation / Expansion (2013-2015) – Renovated and expanded existing park areas for extended hours into nighttime for guests and attractions. o Discovery islando Africa o Asia: ‘Rivers of Light’

Relocated to Hong Kong for 2-1⁄2 years to manage the Area Development of a major Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) Expansion Project which consisted of 3 new lands: Toy Story Land, Grizzly Gulch & Mystic Pointe. Managed 2 to 3 Landscape Architects working on Expansion Projects through Site Construction Activities. Managed all Area Development Site Construction Documentation duties throughout Expansion project construction.Selected Projects & Achievements:• Initially relocated to Hong Kong for 18 months to manage Area Development Construction Installation of Expansion project at HK Disneyland Grizzly Gulch by serving as Principal Landscape Architect for Expansion project and park.• Assigned additional 12 months in Hong Kong as Area Development Construction Manager for third expansion project - Mystic Pointe, leading area development operations including materials selections and approvals.• Inherited a planting plan from initial documents for Mystic expansion project at HKDL, then used tree nursery on park property with useable tree material, thereby saving budget and creating desired "overgrown jungle" theme.• Stepped up as acting Principal Landscape Architect for other various HKDL Park projects, enhancements, or proposed designs as needed throughout my tenure and HKDL.

Conducted structural and architectural collaboration with all Glendale disciplines and Hong Kong consultants,including in-house weekly meetings, teleconferences, and travelling to Hong Kong for on-site coordination meetings and reviews.Selected Projects & Achievements:•Hong Kong Disneyland Expansion Projects, co-managed projects including serving as Area Development Lead on the nearly 3-hectare HKDL Expansion Grizzly Trail project, managing 3-5 Landscape Architects and overseeing everything from schematic design, bid and construct documentation, and packaging.• CarsLand Expansion Project, a 13-acre expansion land at Disney’s California Adventure with 3 attractions, shopping and dining experiences within a large Area Development and landscape area.

Designed highly themed outdoor garden experiences for Disney guests.• Disney Hawaii – Project Omega, Ko Olina, Oahu, Hawaii – coordinated in land planning, building and courtyard layouts and initial Conceptual Design Disney’s first Vacation Club Resorts off continent.• San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino, Highland, CA – designed drought tolerant landscaping and gardens complimenting 425K sq ft Mission style gaming and entertainment facility evoking native heritage of Mission Indians.• San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Reservation, Highland, CA – Created 20+ year Master Plan Tribe’s 660-acre reservation property development with Tribal Govt in a sustainable, self-sufficient manner.• Vista Del Campo and Vista Del Norte Apartments – 64-acre, high-end student housing complex at UC Irvine- resort style pool areas, volleyball and sport courts, outdoor study lounges and dining areas, and streetscapes.• Inland Empire Utilities Agency Corporate Headquarters & Chino Park complex, Chino, CA – Headquarters’ project- first and largest public building to receive Platinum rating from USGBC Leadership in 2003.• City of Perris Promenade and Metrolink Train Depot – Renovated blighted downtown area, creating new pedestrian friendly streetscapes, Cultural and Civic connectivity, and adding mass transit infrastructure.

Worked on many significant projects while at Fong & Associates (later Fong Hart Schneider + Partners):-The J. Paul Getty Museum Center - In collaboration with Olin Partnership - Philadelphia and Richard Meier Partners Architects. Acting as the Landscape Architect of Record and local Construction on-site representative.-Downtown Disney Entertainment Complex - Anaheim CA - Worked with Walt Disney Imagineering Leads as the Landscape Architect firm of Record and Site Supervision of the project.-Los Angeles County Museum of Art - Hancock Park Renovation - a $12 million redesign, renovation and replanting of twelve acres of Hancock Park and the La Brea Tar Pits around LACMA-Queensway Bay / Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific – Working with EE&K Architects, helped create the revitalization plan for the 320-acre Long Beach waterfront to connect the north and south sides of Queensway Bay to create one unified harbor environment and entertainment and cultural destination.
